We reserve the right to delay the shipping if any additional security checks are required. Items will be sent free of charge, via one of our approved shipping partners. The signature will be required upon the delivery. Please note that it is not possible to have your items delivered to a PO Box, or a hotel.

International ShippingShipping to an address outside of the United Kingdom might incur additional import duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Please note that these charges might vary depending on the country of destination – for more detailed information, please contact your local customs office. Please note that we dot take responsibility for any delays related to customs clearance.
IMPORTANT – CITES
Items made of materials such as ivory or coral might be subject to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES). This means that additional licenses and authorisations might be required for shipping these items outside of the United Kingdom and the European Union. CollectionShould you wish to collect your purchased items in person, you can do so by arranging an appointment via telephone (+44 207 408 0066) or email (info@morelledavidson.com). You will be required to present a valid passport. The items can be collected in our gallery located at 53 Maddox Street, London W1S 2PH, UK.
Returns and RefundsReturns will be honoured if appropriate request is made via email to info@morelledavidson.com within fourteen days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition via signed delivery by one of our shipping partners. Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it, including but not limited to, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the seller. The refund shall be issued upon the receipt of returned item, within ten working days. We reserve the right to deduct any customs duties and taxes incurred in relation to the return of the item. Please note that items personalised, bespoke, or otherwise adjusted cannot be returned.
