1. Shipping – General Information
Items purchased online will be shipped upon payment receipt, within five working days. We reserve the right to delay the shipping if any additional security checks are required. Items will be sent free of charge, via one of our approved shipping partners. The signature will be required upon the delivery. Please note that it is not possible to have your items delivered to a PO Box, or a hotel.

3. International Shipping
Shipping to an address outside of the United Kingdom might incur additional import duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Please note that these charges might vary depending on the country of destination – for more detailed information, please contact your local customs office. Please note that we dot take responsibility for any delays related to customs clearance.
IMPORTANT – CITES
Items made of materials such as ivory or coral might be subject to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES). This means that additional licenses and authorisations might be required for shipping these items outside of the United Kingdom and the European Union.
